Happy Life – Anger

Anger is a kind of emotion. How to control emotions is very important, otherwise it will evolve into violence. We have to self-conscious about our emotion, then control it, clam down. We need to manage our emotion, so as to avoid hurting others. Faith can be the tool of peace, and remind ourselves how Jesus will deal with his own wrath at this moment. Religion teach us to confess, if we are wrong because of anger, to be brave to admit, learn to apologize.
