The TV production team of “Fountain of Grace” set foot in China for the very first time and filmed in the Hebei province. They have produced a 3-episode series on the Congregation of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus, featuring the works of mercy by the sisters at “The Home of Daybreak” (Li Ming).

Against all odds and with unwavering faith, a group of young girls in Hebei province in China joined the Congregation of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus as nuns. Devoting their lives to serve with love, they build the “House of Daybreak” (Li Ming), a home for disabled orphans.

Although the orphans at The Home of Daybreak (Li Ming) in Hebei, China, have disabilities, they long to take care of themselves and to live independently. The sisters from the Congregation of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus strive to train these orphans in different aspects so that they may live up to their full potential and lead a life with dignity.

The sisters from the Congregation of St. Teresa of Child Jesus in Hebei, China, established a rehabilitation centre to provide different kinds of rehabilitation therapies for special needs children from poor families as well as counselling and support for their parents, thus bringing hope to them.
