How do environmental protection, vegetarianism, gardening, and breastfeeding relate to one another? With a passion for nature, Fr. Anthony Chang has been working persistently to raise the awareness of environmental issues within the Catholic Church in Hong Kong. Through promoting vegetarianism, establishing the Catholic Sustainable Garden of Joy, as well as promoting breastfeeding, Fr. Chang encourages Catholics to be more conscious of the environment in their daily lives.
