幸福家庭秘笈 1: 治療師的自白梁敬之先生任職工程界三十多年，是一位香港註冊專業工程師。在經歷抑鬱症之後，他毅然投身婚姻和家庭治療行業，為無數天主教家庭做輔導工作、開設講座和工作坊。他和太太育有三名子女，所以婚姻和家庭生活的理論及實踐經驗並重。在〈幸福家庭秘笈〉第一集，他分享成為婚姻及家庭治療師的過程，以及與家人相處、培育青少年信仰的見解。
