Evangelization Leaders Training Workshop

Those who want to make the saving message of Jesus Christ known to others. This workshop will help you map out what is needed for this work and provide you with tools to grow and build up your small group.

The core of evangelization happens in small groups, where people are welcomed, loved, and are able to form meaningful long-term relationships.

We want to train leaders in the work of evangelization who are either

  • already leading a small group,
  • a member of a group who would like to become a leader, or
  • interested in starting a Small group.
  • desirous to evangelize others and form disciples

What you will learn:

  • to evangelize people in the small group setting and pastor them toward intentional discipleship;
  • to be familiar with the dynamics of evangelization and the movement of the Holy Spirit;
  • to be equipped with good, solid pastoral principles;
  • to be well acquainted with proven evangelization tools for the different stages of evangelization;
  • to know the basic gospel message “kerygma” and to be able to proclaim it authentically;
  • to be attuned to the evangelization cycle according to the “intentional discipleship thresholds” model.
