“This book was inspired by a presentation on Creation that had been an experimental material offered to 3-6 year-old children in the founding Rome atrium, for the Catechesis of The Good Shepherd, over fifty years ago. It was later removed from the Level I atrium canon of presentations and materials when Sofia Cavalletti and Gianna Gobbi realized that a reflection on Creation in the atrium is best saved for the child of 6-9, along with the moral exhortations of Jesus, which we call the “maxims,” and which are also found in this book.<\/p>\n
