Tracing the Roots

Montreal Chinese Catholic School was founded in 1957. Among Chinese schools in Montreal, it has the longest history. Montreal Chinese Catholic Mission, the church which runs the school, celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2017. Fountain of Grace takes a look at how this church witnessed the change of the lives of Chinese in Montreal over the past century.

Fr. Edward Chau: On the harmony of Chinese culture and Catholic faith

Fr. Edward Chau is a professor at the Holy Spirit Seminary College of Theology and Philosophy. He participated in the radio programs of the Living Spring Foundation and has authored many faith-related Chinese books. In this interview he shares with us how he responded to his vocation and became a priest, and how he integrates his interest and knowledge in Chinese philosophy and culture into his Catholic faith.
