Defenders of Human Dignity: St. Martin de Porres Hospital and Sisters of Our Lady of China Foundation
Since 1950s, the Sisters of Our Lady of China have been responding to needs of the society. Started by founding clinics to building a hospital, they ultimate set up a foundation that serve different people. They even introduced mobile bathing vans to Taiwan to provide bathing care for bedridden patients. Brother Lucas Ho 2: Life at Taizé
During World War II, a young man started providing shelter for Jews in Taizé, a village in Southern France. The group slowly evolved into a religious community.
