“Matteo Ricci The Musical” Missions

Our goal is to introduce Matteo Ricci — the first Western missionary to enter China — to a wider audience. By revisiting his life and legacy, we promote the spirit of great love and unity, and advocate the importance of respecting diverse cultures and faiths, helping to reconcile human differences

  • Through the accessible medium of musical art form, we narrate Ricci’s legendary journey from his arrival in China to his passing
  • By bringing together leading Hong Kong artists, we aim to create a high‑quality production that is suitable for all ages, combining artistry and entertainment, while delivering a positive message of faith and cultural exchange
