Walking with You (2)

On this week’s “Love and Life”, we invited one of the founders, Teresa, and a volunteer , Carmen, from “Walking With You Cancer Caring Group” to share with us the services they provide and how the group was established. These services include: medical seminars, Tai Chi exercises, small-group sharing, online medical information and counselling… etc. They also speak on patient experiences, the importance of faith and learning to rely on God, as well as how they are able to experience God’s love through the support of family and friends.

On the 5th Sunday of Ordinary Time (Year C), Fr. Anthony Ho continues to describe to us the history of the early Church. Fr. Ho introduces several heresies that were dangerous to the early Church, and the importance of Ecumenical Councils. Lastly, he also depicts the lives of several Church Fathers and Doctors in their contributions in defense of the faith.

Encounter with the Word will talk about chapter 22 to 24 of Joshua in the Old Testament.
