On the 16th Sunday of Ordinary Time (Year A), Fr. Anthony Ho explains to us Jesus’ parable of the Wheat and Tares in the Gospel of Matthew. In the Church there are Saints and Sinners. Saints are glorified but Sinners are rarely admonished, because through the mercy and forgiveness of Jesus Christ, they can redeem themselves and return to God’s embrace. We only need to look forward and purify ourselves, and God will bring us to the place we need to go.
