Devotion to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus

On this week’s “Love and Life”, we will explain the origins of the Devotion to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and its significance to the Church. Through His selfless love, Jesus Christ sacrificed His life for us, redeeming the world. We must do penance for His pain and suffering, in veneration of His Most Sacred Heart.

On the 11th Sunday of Ordinary Time (Year B), Fr. Anthony Ho explains to us Jesus' Parable of the Seed in the Gospel of Mark. This parable describes the Kingdom of God, a place of love and compassion. We often sow seeds for God's kingdom in the work we do for Him, and God will reap the fruits when they are ready.

Encounter with the Word will talk about chapter 4 to 8 of Deuteronomy in the Old Testament.
