Ho speaks about a number of great religious orders which were founded during the eleventh and the twelfth centuries, orders that are still influencing the spirituality of Catholics today. Firstly, he talks about the history of the Cistercians and their characteristics, as well as their famous Saint, St. Bernard's life story. Later, Fr. Ho also describes the story of the Norbertines and St. Norbert, as well as the Carthusians and St. Bruno.
