On this week’s “Love and Life”, we speak with representatives of the Good Hope School Alumni Association’s Toronto branch. Started by alumni who had immigrated in the 1980s and held informal meet-ups, they were finally established as an alumni association in 1986. Now, they hold various social events together, such as picnics, Christmas dinners, vacations, and tai-chi classes. Furthermore, giving back to the Good Hope School and the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception is a key priority for them – they set up an exchange program with current Good Hope students and financially support the Canadian Sisters in their old age and promotional outreach.
