Who is Jesus to you?

On this week’s “Love and Life”, we invited Po Yee to share with us on her composition of the song “Jesus You Are”. On her journey of religious discernment, she realized she had to answer the question “Who is Jesus to you?” She found that words alone could not fully express her thoughts and feelings, so she wrote a song to express her relationship with Jesus.

This Sunday is the Sixth Sunday of Ordinary Time (Year B) and Fr. Anthony Ho explains to us the story of Jesus healing the leper in the Gospel of Mark. In the story, Jesus and the leper switched positions in the end, being forced to remain in the field and not allowed to enter the city. This is similar to His sacrifice for our sins in his redemption of the world. We must be like the leper and ask God for healing and forgiveness in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, giving thanks for his mercy.
