He also talks about how Peter continued to lead the Church under the Holy Spirit's guidance after Jesus' ascension, eventually sacrificing his life as a martyr. Paul was originally a violent man who persecuted the Church, but converted to the Church after God's revelations to him, becoming an active missionary. Although human nature is weak, as long as we root our hearts in God, we can live out His love, just like these two saints.
