 Ask Fr. Francis – Confessing the same sins repeatedly = deceiving God?

QUESTION: Every time I confess the same sins at the Sacrament of Reconciliation, e.g. laziness, selfishness, being judgmental etc… Sometimes I wonder if I am deceiving God? But I am too weak to be freed from these sins right away, and I want to be forgiven by God through confession. How can I not commit sins after going to confession?
