三藩市灣區有兩個利用媒體福傳的天主教青年團體：Prism和CROSS。Prism是一支樂隊，透過創作歌曲和舉辦音樂會，他們把天主的愛 傳給他人。CROSS是Chinese Radio of Spiritual Services的縮寫，他們製作廣東話電台節目，經由大氣電波及互聯網廣播，把天主的話語傳播開去。這兩個團體都有超過十年歷史，他們以行動展示信仰和 熱誠能驅使年青人團結一致，共同為傳福音而努力。
