失智症或腦退化症不但影響病人，亦對照顧他們的家人造成一定的壓力。《愛在回憶中找你》嘗試探討有關失智症的種種，也看看一個公教家庭如何照顧他們患有失智症的媽媽，陪伴­她在現實和回憶之間徘徊，找尋自我，平靜地渡過晚年。

Alzheimer's Disease affect not only patients but also the family members who care for them. In this episode we attempt to answer some questions regarding Alzheimer's. We also see how one Catholic family copes with this disease as they witness the memories of their beloved mother being obliterated slowly, relying on God to strengthen their resolve to be at her side in the last stage of her life.
